I’m pretty sure the last two months have been a blur, an amazing blur at that. Between adopting Ruben and selling our house (that had been on the market almost two years), it’s been quite a whirlwind. Lil Rubes turned two months old…I can barely believe it. My, does time ever fly. Admittedly, i’ve immersed myself in motherhood and not looked back. I’m soaking in every second of a little miracle i’ve hoped and prayed for for so long. Nate and I are so smitten, and couldn’t be more grateful to have him in our lives. We’ve been overwhelmed with everyone’s love and support, prayers, helpful hands and generous hearts! We’ve realized all the more how rich our lives our with the most amazing friends and family.
Last fall was one of the busiest seasons we’ve had with the business. Between flying all over the place, and shooting some wonderful people and events…I managed to get behind on some blogging. So, I’m going back and sharing some photos from some lovely people I captured. It’s hard to believe spring has sprung, and so early this year! We’ll certainly take it. The smell of fresh air, the warmth of the sun, and the glow of all of the new blooms seems to have everyone intoxicated with JOY. Yesterday, Ruben and I walked down to Mass Ave, ahem, twice (once with daddy) and enjoyed the bustle of the city and pure bliss of being able to “walk” downtown from our house. So much has changed in these last few months, and we are so overjoyed and can’t wait to see what else this year has in store. I’m certain we’ll be sharing many pics of our lil’ growing Rubes (cuz yes, i’ll be that mom).
Thanks for your love and support, and we hope to see you this year (with or without a camera).
